Delivered by Professors Jeff Clark and Jake Frederick

This lecture on Marcia Bjørnerud’s Reading the Rocks, delivered at Lawrence University on January 20, 2010, was designed for students and faculty in the college’s Freshman Studies program. Freshman Studies, a multidisciplinary introduction to the liberal arts, has been the cornerstone of the Lawrence curriculum for over fifty years. Jeff Clark is an Associate Professor of Geology, and Jake Frederick is an Assistant Professor of History.
