Dedicated in August, the Riverwalk and Gilboy Ring are two new spaces on campus that provide both the Lawrence and Fox Valley communities with a
place for retreat and reflection along the scenic Fox River. Lawrence remains grateful to the generous supporters who helped make this project possible,
including the Ruth St. John and John Dunham West Foundation and Steve ’62 and Joan Gilboy. This new space is further enhanced thanks to a gift of
sculpture from David and Susan Barnett ’81 and educational signage from Michael Gross, professor of environmental interpretation at the University of
Wisconsin-Stevens Point.
