Compassionate Communication

A one day interactive workshop

Compassionate Communication is the 4-part process that allows empathetic communication in even the most challenging situations. In this interactive workshop, Kristy will introduce you to tools that will create harmony in how you express yourself and hear others. You will develop a vocabulary to express feelings and needs that simply and effectively help you build satisfying and peaceful relationships.

Compassionate Communication is aligned with Marshall Rosenberg’s body of work, Nonviolent Communication, which has been adopted around the world by Fortune 500 companies, government offices, schools, hospitals, universities, community mediation centers, anger management programs, peace advocates, inmate rehabilitation programs, and families.
Using Compassionate Communication creates personal and professional relationships grounded in mutual respect, emotional safety, and empathy. You’ll experience greater authenticity and deeper human connections.

Simply put, there is nothing, nothing in the world, that can take the place of one person intentionally listening or speaking to another. ~ Jacob Needleman
