Thank you to those who were able to make the first set of meetings for the People of Color Employee Resource Group on April 11. It was a nice time for folks to get together and begin to map out what shape the group will take. We captured our audience through Banner self-identification as a person of color. It will be maintained privately with the list of those interested in the Resource Group and shared nowhere else. Our plan is to connect again prior to the summer so send your information to Christyn by end of day Monday, May 22.
