Room Reservation Reminders

Are you looking to reserve a room for an activity, a small group gathering, or for studying?

Due to COVID 19 safety and health protocols, staff need the Room Reservation to be submitted at least 2 business days in advance in order to ensure the room can be ready and opened properly for when it is needed.

 Please remember that most rooms, regardless of size, are limited to a capacity of 8-10 people, with some smaller rooms only allowing for 1 or 2 people. Capacities are posted at the physical location, so please be sure to check the capacity prior to putting in a reservation to ensure it will suite your needs as the reservation system is unable to change to reflect COVID-19 capacities. Most rooms/spaces will have cleaning supplies left in the space for you to wipe hard surfaces down (tables, chairs, etc) after your event or study group session.
