Major changes to Campus Dining starting 3/19/20

Starting March 19, 2020 students will be using The Café as the sole dining spot on campus. At this time we will not be able to offer any dining services to faculty and staff. The Café is closed to the public. The look and feel of dining will be different. In the interest of protecting students and Bon Appetit employees, we will adhere to the latest CDC guidelines for social distancing. This will include limiting the number of people in The Café and pausing the use of all seating. All food will be packaged to go in disposable containers. Self-service will be eliminated.

  • We will only be accepting cashless payments.  Students should use their ID card (for meal plan or Viking Gold) or a credit card
  • The Café is open 10am – 6:30pm.  We encourage students to adjust meal times to avoid peak meal periods.

We ask for everyone’s help to keep everyone safe by following these guidelines:

  • When entering The Café the use of hand sanitizer is mandatory
  • Personal mugs and/or dishware may not be used
  • We will not offer refills on beverages
  • When ordering at the counter, customers must keep behind the line marked on the floor
  • Students will be asked by the cashier to swipe their own ID card/credit card
  • If you are ill, please do not come to the Café.  The University will make arrangements to have food delivered
