Paycor Training – Sign Up Today!

Don’t forget that Paycor training sessions will be held throughout numerous days and times throughout the month of October. Sign up for a session today to make the transition as efficient as possible!

If you are a supervisor…

Sign up for a supervisory training session. During this training session, staff and faculty supervisors will learn what Paycor is, how to navigate the system, how to fill out their own timesheets, how to manage their employee workforce, and more.  You should attend a supervisory training session if you directly supervise other employees, including staff, faculty, and students.

If you are not a supervisor…

Sign up for a non-supervisory training session. During this training session, staff and faculty employees will learn what Paycor is, how to navigate the system, how to fill out their own timesheets, and more. You should attend a non-supervisory training session if you do not supervise any employees, including staff, faculty, and students.

If you are a faculty member…

Please note that the first half of the non-supervisory training is geared towards learning how to navigate the Paycor system. The second half of the training will be spent on managing timesheets (you do not need to stay for the second half of the training since the material does not apply to faculty). However, if you supervise any LU staff or students, we highly recommend that you sign up for a supervisory training session instead.

For both supervisor and non-supervisor sessions…

Please note the below room requirements based upon the session you sign up for:

  • Warch Campus Center, Somerset Room: you must bring a laptop with you.
  • Library, Room 204:  Computers are available for you to use.

Questions? Please contact humanresources@lawrence.edu.
