ORLANDO, Fla. — The Lawrence University men’s tennis team rolled to a 9-0 nonconference rout of Western Connecticut State on Monday.
Lawrence (6-4) did not drop a set en route to the shutout of the Colonials (0-1).
The Vikings shook up the doubles lineup as Bill Schuman-Kline and David Brooker played No. 1 and Adam Busch and Izaya Turenne played No. 2. Both of those teams won 8-4, and the No. 3 duo of Ben Tomhave and Kieran Laursen were 8-1 winners.
Lawrence swept the singles matches as David Jumes, Brian DeCorte, Schuman-Kline, Busch, Ethan Perushek and Mitch Kasprzyk all won in straight sets.
