The UW-Oshkosh swim team posted a dual meet victory over Lawrence University on Friday night at Boldt Natatorium.
In the combined team scores, Oshkosh posted a 267-173 advantage. On the men’s side, the Titans won 139-80, and the Oshkosh women took a 128-93 victory.
Hannah Gabriel and Taylor Winter won two events apiece for the Lawrence women. Gabriel won the 200-yard freestyle in 2:02.76 and took first in the 500 freestyle in 5:29.72. Winter won the 100 butterfly in 1:04.08 and took first in the mixed 1,000 freestyle in 10:54.97. Both also swam on the winning 200 freestyle relay team.
On the men’s side, Cameron Gmehlin won a pair of events for the Vikings. He grabbed first in the 100 breaststroke in 1:06.70 and took the top spot in the 200 individual medley in 2:09.48. He also swam on the winning 200 medley relay team.
