ORLANDO, Fla. — The Bethel University men’s tennis team won a pair of super tiebreakers, and that proved to be the difference in a 5-4 nonconference victory over Lawrence University on Monday.
Lawrence won two of the three doubles matches, but Bethel rallied to win four of the six singles matches to take the victory. Caleb Ray won for Lawrence at No. 3 singles, and Shota Nakada took his first career singles win at No. 6 with a 7-5, 6-1 victory over Nicholaus Sundholm.
