Vikings fall to Grinnell

GRINNELL, Iowa — The Grinnell College men’s tennis team downed Lawrence University 8-1 in a nonconference match on Saturday at the Bear Center.

Lawrence’s lone victory in the match came at No. 2 singles. Lawrence’s David Jumes defeated Tommy Pitcher 6-4, 4-6, 1-0. Jumes won the third-set supertiebreaker 10-6.
