JACKSONVILLE, Ill. — The Illinois College women’s basketball team rolled to a huge lead after the first quarter Friday and rolled to a 96-42 Midwest Conference victory over Lawrence University at Sherman Gymnasium.
The Lady Blues (3-2, 2-0 MWC) led 32-7 after one quarter and never looked back. Illinois College was up 51-20 at the half.
Brielle Greenleaf led Illinois College and all scorers with 20 points, and Carly Cameron added 19.
Natalie Kramer paced Lawrence (2-1, 0-1) with eight points, and Olivia Hoesley and Leah Reeves added seven points apiece.
