APPLETON, Wis. — The Lawrence University men’s basketball team faces a pair of crucial games this week as it fights for a berth in the four-team Midwest Conference Tournament.
The Vikings control their own destiny — win two and they’re in. Lawrence hosts Ripon College at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday at Alexander Gymnasium and then wraps up the regular season on Saturday with a 3 p.m. game at Lake Forest College.
Lawrence, Lake Forest and Cornell College are the three teams vying for the remaining two tournament berths.
