ORLANDO, Fla. — The Lawrence University women’s tennis team dropped a 6-3 nonconference decision to SUNY-New Paltz on Sunday.
Beth Larson and Hannah Geoffrey both picked up singles wins for the Vikings. Larson posted a 6-1, 1-6, 6-2 win over Montana Wilson at No. 1 singles, and Geoffrey beat Alli Esposito 6-3, 1-6, 1-0 (10-7) at No. 4.
Larson also teamed with Christina Schaupp to win 8-1 over Wilson and Paige Munroe at No. 1 doubles.
