Tepper wins high jump to pace Vikings at Wisconsin Lutheran

MILWAUKEE, Wis. — Rose Tepper won the high jump to pace the Lawrence University track team at the Wisconsin Lutheran College Invitational on Saturday.

Tepper took the event with a jump of 5 feet, 2.25 inches. Led by Tepper, the Lawrence women finished sixth with 25 points.

On the men’s side, the Vikings were fifth with 44 points. Sam Stevens and Kyle Dockery led the way for the Vikings. Stevens finished second in the 800 meters in 1:58.04 and was one of three Vikings in the top six in that event. Mike Mangian ran to fourth place and Dan Thoresen grabbed sixth. Dockery raced to second place in the 5,000 meters in 16:23.03, and Tom Coben was fourth in that event.
