ALLIANCE, Ohio — The St. Mary’s (Ind.) University volleyball team rallied to win the final two sets and downed Lawrence University 3-2 in a nonconference match on Saturday at the Mount Union University Classic.
St. Mary’s won 20-25, 25-9, 27-29, 25-14, 15-12.
Arianna Cohen led the Lawrence attack with 16 kills and picked up nine blocks. Terese Swords added seven kills and Sydney Nelson picked up six for the Vikings (0-4). Nelson added 11 assists, and Lauren Ray had a team-high 13.
Cyra Bammer paced Lawrence with 24 digs.
