Schrobilgen (Oak Park, Ill./Oak Park River Forest), a freshman, earned the honor after a stellar performance at the Concordia (Wis.) University Falcon Invitational this past Saturday.

This was the first Performer of the Week award for Schrobilgen and the first for Lawrence since the 2013 season when Jonah Laursen and Jamie Brisbois both captured the men’s award. It’s the first time a Lawrence women’s runner took the honor since Emily Muhs did it in Sept. 2010.
