About

Lawrence University Community Council (LUCC) is Lawrence University’s shared governance council. Since its inception in 1968, students, faculty, and staff have successfully collaborated on social and other noncurricular issues. The council is comprised of a president, a vice president, seven executive cabinet officers, sixteen class representatives divided equally across class standing, faculty representatives, and committee chairs. LUCC sponsors student organizations via recognition and funding. Concurrently, they also create and revise internal noncurricular legislation.
