Open enrollment meeting
Our agenda during the open enrollment meetings will include discussion regarding:
- Short plan year (July 1, 2017–Dec. 31, 2017)
- New benefit offering, vision insurance coverage
- New pharmacy vendor, MedTrax
- How to be a better health care consumer & an introduction to HSA
- Premium updates
- Deadlines & forms to complete
Additionally, we are happy to welcome our vendor partners to the open enrollment meetings. These vendors will be available to meet with you before and after the meetings to answer any questions you may have. They include:
- UMR, health plan provider
- MedTrak, pharmacy provider
- Superior Vision, vision care provider
- Hay’s Benefit Group, health plan broker
- Lawrence University’s WELLU, Lawrence’s wellness team
