PHA Questionaire
If you haven’t already, please take a few minutes this week to go online and complete the PHA questionnaire. Once you’ve finished the questionnaire, you’ll immediately get your full PHA report. This report summarizes both your lifestyle habits and your biometric score (from your labwork, blood pressure, height and weight measurements) and provides individualized recommendations for improving your health.
Please email (laurie.ehlers@lawrence.edu) or call (832-7498) if you’d like to set up an appointment to review your report in person, or to discuss strategies for implementing any of the recommendations. Laurie will be reaching out to those with elevated results (glucose, cholesterol, PSA, or blood pressure) to make sure you are aware of the findings and have a strategy for addressing this with your healthcare provider.

Additionally, we are happy to welcome our vendor partners to the Open Enrollment Meetings. These vendors will be available to meet with you before and after the Open Enrollment Meetings to answer any questions you may have. They include:
