Greetings,
Each year one person (faculty or staff) is selected to mentor the incoming cohort of Posse students. We are looking for faculty and staff who are interested in being a Posse mentor for the upcoming academic year.
What does it mean to be a Posse Mentor?
Posse mentors support Posse scholars, motivate them towards graduation and connect them to campus resources. Mentors interact with scholars at weekly meetings, one-on-ones during their first and second year and continue to serve as a resource for third and fourth years.
