Have you officially declared your major yet? Next week, Feb. 22-26, is a great week to do it! Declaring your major is an important step in your academic journey.
Once you declare a major, you will be able to:
- Map your path to graduation
- Get advising from faculty in your department
- Learn about opportunities in your department
- Network with alumni in your field and look for internship/job opportunities
As we work to support students on your path, the Registrar’s Office, Communications, and Dean of Students office are teaming up to bring “Major Declaration Celebration Week” to life. Students are encouraged to declare their majors the week of Feb. 22-26th – those who do will be eligible for prizes and could be featured on our Declaration Wall in Warch Campus Center and the @Lawrenceuni Instagram Story.
