STUDENTS FOR HIRE: Seeking Interfaith Activators

The Office of Spiritual and Religious Life is looking for three students to fill vital roles on campus as Interfaith Activators for the 2017-2018 academic year.  The team of Interfaith Activators will be responsible for advising, creating, implementing, advertising and supporting interfaith programs and events through the Office of Spiritual and Religious Life. Additionally, there will be some administrative duties and an encouraged learning from other members of the team.

This is a monthly lunch for Lawrence employees. Soup and salad will be provided; no reservations are required. The topic for discussion this month is “Social media and technology, what have you discovered works for creating space for conversation.” This week, you will be invited to set your cell phone down when you come for lunch.

Living Room Conversations are a shared conversation with Linda Morgan-Clement, Lawrence’s Julie Esch Hurvis Dean of Spiritual and Religious Life. Please plan to come join us upstairs in the meeting room at the Center for Spiritual and Religious Life to create a conversation or join the conversation in process.
