Shelley Davis ’92 will host one or two interns who are interested in protecting and restoring the natural habitats of the Forest Preserves of Cook County.  Interns will assist with donor communications—appeals, mailings, social networking, and a potential event with their young professionals association.  If you are interested in communications in the environmental field apply today!  Past interns have included Rachel Gregory ’17, Casey Merkle ’17, Angela Intia ’19 and Emily Teerink ’19.  See LUworks Job ID 28745 for more details.

HUNTINGTON, WEST VIRGINIA: 2nd Annual First Steps Recovery and Wellness Internship – Deadline November 9.

is again helping us offer an in-depth D-Term experience at First Steps Recovery and Wellness Center in Huntington, West Virginia. Lawrence Scholars in Business (LSB) Alumni Mentoring Program and Award
Calling all sophomores and juniors! Lawrence has the resources you need to help you secure cutting edge internships.

The new Lawrence Scholars in Business (LSB) Alumni Mentoring Program is offering support in preparing for and finding top business internship opportunities.

Fifteen students will be selected to receive training in a variety of aspects of business and support from a group of well-established alumni mentors in applying for internships.  Additionally, 1-3 candidates will receive funding AND mentoring to support their summer internships. This unique program integrates education and mentoring in business, interviewing and networking skills and support in finding internship opportunities.  For a full list and bios of alumni participants, please click here.
