Important Updates from Facilites

In our continuing efforts to upgrade and keep our Campus beautiful and safe, please note that we currently have several projects happening around Campus.

  • Library electrical and boiler upgrades: This work is happening at the back of the library only, but there’s heavy equipment involved.
  • Concrete repairs and replacements: Happening in several areas around campus.
  • Power washing: Most buildings will be power washed in the coming weeks for discoloration or bugs and webs.
  • Chapel, west side: renovation of the windows will be taking place for the next couple months.

Please be safe! Stay aware of your surroundings at all times. Do not enter taped off areas.

Goodwill NCW Drive

Let’s come together and support an important mission!

Lawrence University is competing to gather the most donations of gently used items during the Goodwill NCW “Mission Champion” Donation Drive in July.  It’s us against Fox Valley Technical College and Heid Music, and we want the bragging rights! If Lawrence collects the most donations, we will be the Donation Drive champions and earn community recognition at Goodwill NCW’s annual gala October 2.

Look for the donation boxes in the Warch Campus Center (to the immediate right of the main entrance) and drop off your gently used donations before August 1, 2024. Please visit the Goodwill NCW Donation page to review a list of UNACCEPTED items.

With your support, Goodwill NCW can help our neighbors access job-skills training and professional opportunities through programs offered by Goodwill NCW.

Please don’t hesitate to reach out to Garrett Singer, Special Assistant to the President at Lawrence University, with any questions (partnerships@lawrence.edu).
