Join LUNA and the Lawrence community for the 9th Annual Indigenous Peoples’ Day Celebration. Our celebration is free and open for all ages to attend.
The program features:
Doors open at 4 p.m. Food will be available for purchase from Taco Tones and other vendors.
Each weekend during the academic year, groups gather at Björklunden to explore and reflect on ideas, artistic expressions, and community issues. Topics are wide-ranging, and students have the opportunity for intensive inquiry and discussion with faculty members and among themselves in an informal, intimate setting.
The application window to spend a weekend at Björklunden during Winter & Spring Terms is open October 3-31.

D-term courses are two-week, intensive courses taught by Lawrence faculty not offered during the academic year. These 3-unit courses are offered during the first two weeks of December. There’s an array of fascinating options this year, but Wednesday, October 23 is the deadline for registration, so check it out soon!
