Opportunity Knocks from the Career Center – Scoville Peace Fellowship

Are you a senior and interested in working on international peace and security issues in Washington, DC? If so, consider applying for the The Herbert Scoville Jr. Peace Fellowship, a highly-competitive, paid, national fellowship program that provides recent graduates with the opportunity to work on these issues with a participating think tank or advocacy group for six to nine months. Opportunity Knocks from the Career Center – American Bar Foundation’s Summer Research Fellowship Program

Are you interested in a paid, remote fellowship this summer that introduces you to the rewards and demands of a research-oriented career in law and/or social science? Join us on Tuesday, Jan. 12 at 4:30 p.m. CST and learn how to apply from a SURF Program Associate (see details here). Opportunity Knocks from the Career Center – Community Health Internship Program (CHIP)

Do you have an interest in community, public, or population health? Wisconsin Area Health Education Center’s CHIP enables college students to explore those interests and work full time (paid) over an 8-week period in the summer with local health departments, tribal health centers, community health centers, and community service organizations throughout the state. Opportunity Knocks from the Career Center – Diversity in the Arts Leadership Internship Program

Are you a diverse student interested in a career in the arts? Does an internship that prepares you for a leadership role in the arts to affect change sound of interest? If so, use this time over Winter Break to apply for one of seventeen spots in the Diversity in Arts Leadership (DIAL) internship program. This nationwide, competitive selection process will grant paid, ten-week, remote summer internships with organizations based in New York City and New Jersey. Rotary Global Grant Scholarship

The Rotary District 6220 Global Scholar Program provides $30,000 scholarship awards for graduate studies at a qualified college/university (not doctorate) level program of study that directly relates to at least one of The Rotary Foundation’s Areas of Focus: Peacebuilding and Conflict Prevention; Disease Prevention and Treatment; Water, Sanitation and Hygiene; Maternal and Child Health; Community Economic Development; Basic Education and Literacy. The deadline for application is December 31, 2020 and complete details can be found here. Opportunity Knocks from the Career Center – Seattle Arts Fellowships

The Seattle Arts Fellowships are yearlong, paid fellowship programs hosted by the Seattle Opera, Seattle Symphony, and Pacific Northwest Ballet to develop the next generation of arts leaders. These three fellowships are open to graduating seniors who identify as Black, Indigenous, or a Person of Color (BIPOC) and are seeking leadership positions in arts administration.

Applicants can choose to apply for one of the following fellowship positions: Seattle Opera: Artistic Department, Pacific Northwest Ballet: PNB School & Community Education, or Seattle Symphony: Marketing/Communications. Looking for an externship over D-Term? Here are two part-time, remote opportunities from an alumna at Urban Manufacturing Alliance: (1) Membership Researcher to help research and analyze membership strategies across different types of organizations that can be implemented by Urban Manufacturing Alliance. (2) Anti-Racist Organization Researcher to do research on anti-racist strategies that small non-profits can adopt to become actively anti-racist organizations, short and long-term.
