As a reminder, campus will be closed December 25th through January 1st. Payroll will continue to process paychecks for the December 27th payday. In order for payroll to process timely, deadlines for timesheet submission and approval will be adjusted.
Deadlines
Thursday, December 19th – Submit timesheet for approval to Supervisor by 4 p.m.
Friday, December 20th – Supervisors approve timesheets by 8 a.m.
We understand to meet the needs of campus during campus closure, a small number of employees will be working (e.g., grounds, safety). Those who will be working during this week will be notified by their manager to establish their work schedules and discuss paid time off alternatives.
