Timesheet Submission:

Please submit your timesheets by 12:00pm on Monday, May 27th (Memorial Day).

Timesheet Approvers:

Timesheets will need to be approved earlier than normal. Approvers please approve your staff’s timesheets by 10:00am on Tuesday, May 28th. Please work with your staff to ensure that everyone is submitting their timesheet in a timely manner.

If you have any concerns, please feel free to contact Payroll.

We appreciate all your help on this, as next week is a bit crazy for Payroll due to the short week.

Thank You and Farewell Lindsay Kehl

Dear Colleagues,

I write to inform you that Lindsay Kehl has submitted her resignation from Lawrence, effective May 14.  She has accepted a new role as Director of Human Resources at the City of Neenah and will begin her duties there later this month.

Lindsay joined the HR team in November 2016, and has been Director of Human Resources since June 2018.  In her time at Lawrence she has helped create a strong HR team focusing on partnering with managers, faculty and staff to support the stewardship of Lawrence’s most important resources – our people.  I’m grateful for her professionalism, kind heart and partnership in so many initiatives during her tenure on campus.

A search for our next director will begin soon.  In the meantime, Tina Harrig has agreed to become the Interim Director of Human Resources.  Tina, Lindsay and I are managing transition planning, and I am happy to answer any questions you may have.

Please join me in wishing Lindsay well as she continues her professional journey and in supporting Tina in her interim role.

Best regards,
Christopher Lee
Vice President for Finance & Administration
