This series will explore a variety of methods including sitting and walking meditation, prostrations, chanting, discussion and study. The explorations are open to all regardless of background.  Participants attend a progression of sessions, each building upon the last session. Because of the progressive nature of the series, participants are expected to attend all sessions.
