Social Media Update

Stephanie Bray, our associate director of social media, will be leaving us on Friday, November 4, to take a new position in digital marketing at Associated Bank. While she will no longer be working full-time at Lawrence, she will continue to work with us remotely as a social media consultant during our transition to a new social media manager.

Annual Canned Food Drive

Members of the Student Athletic Advisory Committee will be visiting the academic buildings as well as administrative offices to collect donations for their Annual Canned Food Drive this next Thursday, November 8th during convocation hour (11:00-12:00).

All donations, cans or money, will be accepted and given to Blessings in a Backpack,  a non-profit organization that feeds school children in the United States who currently are fed during the week on the federally funded Free and Reduced Meal Program and are at risk of going hungry on the weekends. Anything that you are willing to contribute is appreciated.

If you are not going to be available during that time but would like to donate, please feel free to leave donations with a colleague who will be available, or email madeline.a.maclean@lawrence.edu to set up an alternative time for pick up.

Thank you! And Go Vikes!
