It is that time of year again: benefit insurance open enrollment!
We have some changes being introduced this year. We highly encourage you to attend a meeting, in the WCC Cinema, that fits in your schedule.

- May 8
- 10–11 a.m.
- 2:30–3:30 p.m.
- May 10
- 8:30–9:30 a.m.
- 11:30 a.m.–12:30 p.m.
The open enrollment meeting agenda will include discussion regarding:
- Short plan year (July 1, 2017–Dec. 31, 2017)
- New benefit offering, vision insurance coverage
- New pharmacy vendor, MedTrax
- How to be a better health care consumer & an introduction to HSA
- Premium updates
- Deadlines & forms to complete
Additionally, we are happy to welcome our vendor partners to the open enrollment meetings. These vendors will be available to meet with you before and after the meetings to answer any questions you may have.
