As we strive to continue to meet the developmental objectives of our staff and faculty, I am happy to share that Learning at Lawrence is expanding! We are excited to share our new platform, which includes four main focus areas:
- Campus Knowledge, this bi-monthly focus will continue to be around learning more about different departments on campus.
- Compliance, this annual focus will be a half-day session to cover the necessary training that is required by law.
- New Manager, this quarterly training will include a half-day session for those recently promoted to a management position or those who are joining Lawrence in a management capacity to learn the essentials of supervising a team at Lawrence.
- Leadership Development, this quarterly training will provide supervisors and managers the opportunity to develop and expand their leadership skills.
