Responsibility Charting, a tool for improved decision-making, is continuing to gain momentum across campus. Responsibility Charting improves accountability, sharpens patterns of delegation, provides a shared language for authority and responsibility, and clarifies roles among individuals, groups and departments. Several departments at Lawrence are using it today to improve decision-making including Admissions, Athletics, Development and Brokaw Central.
To continue to support the implementation, several new tools are available on the Responsibility Charting web page, Responsibility Charting, including a customized team training presentation with Lawrence-specific examples, a sample workshop agenda, and a charting template.
