EAP Topic: Adapting to Change

As part of the Employee Assistance Program, our provider ERC will present a session on the topic Adapting to Change.

When: Wednesday, March 4, 11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m.
Where: Warch Campus Center – Cinema

Synopsis:
Change is everywhere. Our health, family, or work environment are all potential areas where change happens. This change can dramatically influence how we cope day in, day out. At times it seems other people can handle change well and we ask ourselves, how are they able to handle it all? Through this session attendees will learn key strategies for understanding the response to change and fundamental ingredients necessary to effectively manage change.

Nancy Krueger, MA, LPC

Nancy has a rich and varied career, starting with her graduation from Simpson College in Indianola, Iowa, with a bachelor’s degree in religious issues and her subsequent Master of Divinity degree from Yale University. Nancy then worked for a rural county newspaper in Lancaster, Wisconsin, before moving to Milwaukee and taking another master’s degree, this time in industrial and labor relations. Nancy served as the personnel coordinator for Juneau County and later worked as parish pastor at a seminary in Dubuque, Iowa. She earned a third master’s degree from Lakeland College in Sheboygan, this time in counseling. Nancy worked at The Samaritan Counseling Center of the Fox Valley before joining ERC in 2015.
