Dear friends and colleagues,
Thank you to everyone who was a part of the memorial events for Lifongo Vetinde this past weekend.
I am writing to the campus community to share the link to a “go-fund-me” site that has been set up to support the cost of returning Lifongo’s body to Cameroon for burial. All funds generated through the site will go directly to the family to help with the expenses. This effort is coming from some of us whose lives have been enriched by his life among us. This is an informational message for the whole community and has no sense of expectation attached to it.
