There’s been social stigma about mental health issues for far too long! Join us a virtual seminar on mental health concerns including depression, anxiety, substance abuse, and self-harm. Also learn how mental health impacts the workplace, warning signs for suicide, and how to support someone who is experiencing a mental health crisis.
Topics will include:
- Understanding the state of mental health since the pandemic
- Learn about different mental health conditions
- Recognizing signs of mental health crisis and how to intervene
- Coping skills and resources for maintaining personal mental health.
