Program Information
We have all heard about harassment—it’s in the news constantly.
What is it? Why does it happen? And can’t we all just respect each other?
Our action or inaction as leaders impacts our places of business and creates liability when it comes to workplace harassment. This training will teach managers and supervisors how to be proactive in creating an environment free from harassment and discrimination. It also covers how to handle complaints of harassment should they arise.
- Cost: $25 per person to be invoiced or paid by credit card
- If paying by credit card, payment will be applied upon registration.
- Date & Time: Wednesday, August 9, 2023 | 12-1 p.m.
- Location: Participation via Zoom.
- Sign-on information will be sent the Monday before the training.

About the Presenter
Tamara Plath is a Licensed Professional Counselor with ThedaCare at Work’s Employee Assistance Program. She has over 10 years of Behavioral Health experience. Her professional background includes mental health counseling, domestic violence and sexual assault prevention, group facilitation, and education & training on topics such as communication diversity, conflict management, harassment, and other compliance and wellness topics.
