Feeling at sea, unmotivated, or “off” somehow? Sometimes you can get lost in the day-to-day grind of “should” and lose sight of what matters to you and why. This workshop helps you to clarify your core values and identify ways to (re)connect your values to what you do every day.

Start your own flower and herb plants from seed!

Stop by to engage in a practice in attention.

  • Drawn Together
1-3 p.m. – Center for Academic Success (Library, second floor)
Storytelling through drawing a la Lynda Barry. Reconnect with your drawing self! Everyone starts out being able to draw stories, but at some point many of us stop because we don’t think they are “good.” This is about (re)discovering drawing as expression — how “good” the drawing is doesn’t matter.
