Wellness Center Hours for December break
- November 28-December 10th Monday-Thursday 7:30am-9pm, Friday 7:30am-8pm, Saturday 10am-5pm, closed Sundays
- December 12-16th 7:30am-7pm.
- The building will be closed December 17-January 1st and will reopen Jan. 2nd.
Free flu shots available on Oct. 27
Free flu shots will be available on campus from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Oct. 27. It’s open to all employees and students in Mead Witter Room on Warch 2nd level.
Feminist Self Defense Workshop planned Oct. 26
A Feminist Self Defense Workshop will be held from 8 to 10 p.m. Oct. 26 in the Warch Campus Center. Join Rachel Piazza to learn how to harness the power of body language, understand and communicate boundaries, and escape physical control and get to safety.
The workshop will be held in Esch Hurvis.
October Flu Shot Clinics
A flu shot clinic is planned for October 14, 11 a.m.-2 p.m. & October 18, 11 a.m.-2 p.m. in Warch Campus Center. Free to students and employees
Wellness and Mental Health Fair Oct. 12
The Wellness and Mental Health Fair will be held Wednesday, Oct. 12 from 4-7 p.m. in Warch Campus Center.
Come engage with both on and off campus resources. Know your options. Gift basket raffles, prizes, free chair massages and flu shots. Vendors include: Bubolz Nature Preserve, Jensen Chiropractic, Community Blood Center, Harbor House, NAMI Fox Valley, Fox Valley Kayaking, Planned Parenthood, CCE, SHARE, LU Library, Orange Theory Fitness, Ymca and more.
Community Blood Drive: Oct. 13
A Community Blood Drive on campus is set for 10:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Oct. 13. Appointments preferred. Sign up on campus Oct. 10 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the campus center or at the wellness fair Oct. 12 from 4-7 p.m. You can also sign up online at www.save3lives.org. The mobile bus will be parked outside of the wellness center.
WELLU massages available
Wellness Services is pleased to offer subsidized full-body therapeutic massage services for fall term.
Appointments are available for 50 minutes and cost $25 on campus and $27 at the YMCA.
Massages are available for all students and employees.
You must sign up to be eligible for the discounted price. E-mail Erin Buenzli to schedule an appointment. Limit one per term.

Remaining PCR testing dates set for Spring Term
Wellness Services will continue to offer voluntary testing for asymptomatic students, faculty, and staff on Wednesdays in the Wellness Center from 12:00 to 4:45 p.m. on the following days:
