Learning at Lawrence expanded

As we strive to continue to meet the developmental objectives of our staff and faculty, I am happy to share that Learning at Lawrence is expanding! We are excited to share our new platform, which includes four main focus areas:

  • Campus Knowledge, this bi-monthly focus will continue to be around learning more about different departments on campus.
  • Compliance, this annual focus will be a half-day session to cover the necessary training that is required by law.
  • New Manager, this quarterly training will include a half-day session for those recently promoted to a management position or those who are joining Lawrence in a management capacity to learn the essentials of supervising a team at Lawrence.
  • Leadership Development, this quarterly training will provide supervisors and managers the opportunity to develop and expand their leadership skills.

Please see the Learning at Lawrence webpage for specific details about these events. As always, keep an eye out for announcements about new Learning at Lawrence events on LU Insider and the campus calendar.
